Adding a customer

To issue an invoice for a specific project, it is necessary to add a  “Customer". 

The Project Manager and the Administrator can create new customers in the application.

  1. Go to the “Invoices" section and click on the "Customers" tab.
  2. Click on the "Add Customer” button

3. Fill in the required fields“ "Customer’s business name”, "Language", "Currency", "Contract date" and "Contract number". The currency is selected according to the one the Customer is working with.

4. For completeness of information about the customer and the convenience of paying bills, fill in the remaining fields.

5. Press “Save”

★ A new Customer has been added
